Zak has looked after my car for almost 2 years Dan, can't fault his work but he's not replied to 2 emails and I phoned this morning and was told he's on his own and he's flat out with work.

I only have a 2 week window (next week and the week after) for the work to be done hence this thread.

I don't have the tools or the time really. Changing brake pads is my limit

Zak phoned me today, dropping it off next week. I don't need it for 2 weeks so he can fit my jobs around his work.
