Have you fitted any new parts recently I.e. decat etc?

Have you tried cleaning the boost solenoid? If not do a search on here to find out how. Sorted my over boost out before.

check the small turbo hoses for splits/damage, clean the solenoid, and if it's lying around fit the std. DV...... worth a try.

Sounds like a boost solenoid problem / split pipe to me

Did you swap the OEM 2 port for a 3 port before mapping ??

Have you recently topped up the oil ?

Shaun

Did the problem start after the service, pipe could be loose or too much oil has clogged the boost solenoid.

The reason I ask about the solenoid is that I've got an almost new (and known to work) bugeye 2 port solenoid. If you have problems cleaning your's I'll try and find it and send it to swap and see if it makes a difference.

I wonder if a sticking actuator arm could also be the culprit. unlikely to be the MAF as the Bugeye MAF pretty tough,
