Morning!

A couple of us here at A-Plan would love to come and have a look at the beauties we insure (cars, not people!). But there are so many car shows, we would prefer to come to a really good one and meet you guys and put a face to the name!

Are there any that you guys know of that are coming up, that you are intending to get to? We are based in Thatcham (just outside of Reading) so if you can let me know the good ones, and where they are, that would be brilliant!

although there is a big massive meet on sunday in elan valley. i know there is 50+ cars just from south wales. and more meeting from north and also from england. should be an awersome day providing weather is good

Elan Valley is a long old way from here! Are there any Birmingham and below after 12th September?

Is this the kind of 'look' where you make notes of undeclared mods and contact people about them later? Happened to a mate the other month, his car was spotted at a show with undeclared alloys and his insurance rang him about them and told him to declare them or change them back. They wanted £400 extra to have them declared (probably an extortionate amount as they knew he'd already done the mod...) Obviously people shouldn't have undeclared mods, and possibly void insurance, but just a warning ;]

Japanese Auto Extravangaza at Wicksteed Park, Kettering (Northants) 11 - 13 September. It says it's the largest Japanese Car show outside of Japan, with a claim of 3000 cars expected.

You just missed Uxbridge Auto Show two weeks ago where the SIDC had the biggest stand with god knows how many Scoobies!

Brilliant, thanks guys! Gutted about Uxbridge, would have been good to meet you guys. And don't worry pyrotechnic we aren't looking for dodgy insurances, just would be nice to get to know a few of you, hopefully give you some info about us, and ultimately have a good day out ;-).

Hi Chris,

we have a charity car show organised for the 20th Spetember in Leamington Spa.

We have support from a number of local car clubs as well such as Warwickshire Modfied. We had nearly 100 cars last year and we are looking to smash that this year.
