When I fitted some on a modded spec-c Litchfield recommended the factory gap of 0.7mm. It ran fine with that gap.

I had a missfire on mine after a ecu and map. I was advised to fit 7's and gap them to between 0.5-0.6mm (standard is 0.7mm). I went for 0.55, and it now runs perfect! It was said that the upped boost can blow the spark out, causing the miss. This advise was from Jolly Green Monster, so from a pro!

I'd talk to Simon first to see if he thinks it would be good for you too, just in case!
