plugs or coil packs! was the plugs on mine last year

Because at full boost, the pressure in the cylinder effectively (for want of a better term) blows the spark out, so you get a misfire.

I had it on my STI v2 when I first got it. I changed a couple of coil packs and it was fine ever since.
