bigger turbo will require a remappable ecu.
Turbo ashould be a TD05-16G have a look on the front housing at the bottom to identify it.
Go for a good panel filter, decat (or get a sports cat) to start with.
I would look at improving the brakes first as the 2 pots are quite poor (unless that's already been done)

You should be running the td05 as standard, depending on how far you want to go with your overall power increase. If your looking at achieving around 300 go for a walbro fuel pump about £80 then a chipped ecu theres some for sale on here for as little as £100 then a front mount for about £300.

Just the chipped ecu with a decat should give you about 280 you will be running about 257 as standard.

If your after massive power save your cash for a remappable ecu like simtek.

As for the induction kit unless your doing it properly with very good cold air feeds your going to loose power not gain it.

De cat exhaust,td05 turbo, front mount intercooler, ngk 7 plugs, walbro fuel pump,440cc or 550cc injectors, boost controller and an apexi power fc ecu
with a Z32 maf will easy get you 330 + hp but you will need to get it mapped.
Good luck mate

hi mate id say replacement panel filter cosworth, decat or sportscat downpipe, walbro fuel pump & either a polar performance chip/scooby ecu or a esl piggy back chip & i reakon you should see about 300bhp obviously if you want to go to town you could get the uprated injectors front mount etc but think you will be pushing it how old the car is now, ive also got a my95 wrx oh & dont forget the brakes late classic 4 pots are a good upgrade option
