Default dumpvalve

sorry if in the wrong section didn`t know where else to ask. ive got a 1995 wrx. i have a dumpvalve just now but not really happy with it tbh. basically not loud enough. so was wondering what recommendations anyone has for quite a loud one? really need the pisheee to be heard as the noise of the car drains it out . cheers in advance

Happy to oblige

I hope you enjoy the ruined drive and potential reliability issues. I drove my mates 07 the other day and after nearly 2 years of me telling him that the DV was spoiling the car he finally refitted the OE recirc. The car is significantly better with none of that jerkiness, and more importantly, none of that silly noise which has 99% of the population tutting and shaking their heads. Only 14yo's and younger are impressed, so why bother ?

I only ever ran the OE recirc DV. Don't like the noise and knew full well about the effect on the drive and reliability. Not for me ! A lot of money for no performance benefit

What he says....i had a Bailey DV12 vta on mine, but a combination of it running like a bag'o'shi*te and the constant noise getting on my(and everyone elses) t*its made me change it.
Couldnt fit the oe one because of the front mount,so i bought a forge re circulating type which is great.
I would save your money for a worthwhile mod and be seen and not heard-well sort of
