please dont flame me, i am about to purchase an impreza for a donor to use in a murtaya build, thing is i know not alot about imprezas, what should i look out for and does anyone know of a suitable car for less than 2k, obviously the body work can be shot.

Have a look in the for sale section in here, and if you can, post in Wanted. Quite often people are breaking Impreza's these days, as they are unfortunately worth more in bits than as a whole car! Which is good news for you of course.

Do you know which engine you are after?

as the murtaya is only a little over 900kgs to start with wrx or ideally sti would be good, rather not have std uk power

didnt know what the reaction to breaking a scooby would be on here thats all
