To be honest with you, I think they'd be more suspicious if you advertised it as 'standard' seeing that most Impreza's are modded in some way or another. I know I'd be fairly pee'd off if I travelled a fair distance to buy a 'standard' car only to find out the owner was selling it as non-standard and knew about it.

if you are looking mod then start with a standard car I did,
totally mint with full history 46000 miles etc.
started modding it myself.
i would not want a unmodded car but its my preference to get as close to standard as possible and do the rest my self

To be honest the mods mean nothing to your average buyer.
Simon is great, but if you're not on Scoobynet Jolly Green Monster means nothing to most people, in fact they will probably think you're a bit odd.
If you're mapped to the capacity of your injectors etc, you have a duty to tell people what they are buying. Regardless of whether you consider it to have been thrashed, it has been used to a greater capacity than it was manufactured for and therefore could be argued to be more of an unknown quantity, and possibly of less value
The answer to the question
is no.

Would it be ok to sell it as standard
