Default attempted Thieft in hyde

all all, just a heads up around the hyde area, i got up yesterday morning to go to work at 5.30 am and noticed my sister-in-laws car (next door) had 2 doors slightly open (on first catch) and a lit torch on the floor. so after a quick look round the car and realising there was no damage i went to work and notified my sister-in-law.

when i got home around 10am i asked her if there was anything missing and she said no.so on that i went in and looked over my cctv, and there it was, two lads at around 4.45am came onto my drive and tried my car door (which they found to be locked) then leaned over my fence and tried my in laws door (which opened) she must have left here car unlocked.

anyway one of them went got into the car whilst the other kept look out but after about 1-2 mins i think i disturbed them when i got up for work and off they went.

and just to point out they did all this whilst my security light lit the whole of the 2 driveways up,so it didnt bother them one bit.

to follow up on this im STILL waiting for the police to come and look at the video

Nice one for recording them on your cctv.

Just out of interest what sort of cctv system is it, what does it record on to?

Thanks.
