Angry Possible scam to sell a scooby on Piston heads

Here is the link,

Subaru : Subaru Impreza WRX TURBO

mate of mine just emailed him and the reply he got was basically says he needs to sell due to a family emergency, but because he is "out of town" at the moment you cannot view or test drive the car, you have to send the cash through Pistonheads ? ? ? ?

says he lives in Nott'm so ive emailed him saying ive got the cash and want to buy now so im awaiting his reply

just email him and say you will wait until he is home so you can view it and also ask if the flux capacitor still works

I did unfortunately no flux capacitor but here's the reply

Hi,

Thank you for your email . The car is in perfect condition and was never involved in accidents. I take good care of it and I can tell you for sure that if you will purchase the car from me you will be more then satisfied with it. It runs great and it comes with all the original papers and documents. I am selling this car for the listed price including delivery anywhere in UK. I set at a very, very low price because I have some financial problems and in this way I want to end them fast. I have to tell you that I'm currently out of town with some major problems so pick up/view is not an option. If you want to buy this vehicle email me back with your full name and address to start the official procedure trough PistonHeads. They will send you a notification with ALL the info regarding delivery, purchase protection and refund policy so please provide your details before more questions. You will find 90% of answers in that notification from Pistonheads!
Thanks

This advert has already been removed by pistonheads once......sometime last week !!!

He's just nicked some pictures and put them in a fake advert. The description is wrong for some items for a start.

Scam

I've reported it a few times in the last few days, seems like no-one moderates the classifieds at the weekends.

Some people must actually fall for these scams, else they wouldn't bother doing them anymore.
