Lancaster's have just written to me about a 'special deal' they have on this system. Does anyone have any experience of it? Do you get a good reduction on insurance?

I have it. IMHO, The service is bad, and I've just written to them asking for a refund of all my monies paid. I've even spoken to an answerphone at their "24 hour" control centre, and no-one got back to me about my location enquiry. What if someone what nicked the car???
I was promised an "active" system back in December 1999, which is why I bought it. I'm still waiting for one after being given the run-around for over a year.
It's cheap. There's a reason why.
Nick.
