Default Cambelt and service cost

Anyone have a rough idea the of this on a MY99 UK classic? 88k on clock.

If the cambelt was done at 45k will it need doing now.

Yep cambelt needs changing at 90K, you're looking at around £600 upwards with the service.

I've got a MY00 Uk Classic and had the cambelt service doen at 60K. Is it done every 45K for the MY99 cars and before as unsure when mine cambelt is next due. When I had mine done it was £400 at Holdcroft at Widness.

Cambelt is about £45 on ebay, and labour will be about 4 hours if thats all you want done.

fantastic, even dick turpin wore a mask.

ok when i bought my old red uk scoob, i had a full major service carried out for piece of mind. this included the cambelt and everything else. oh and a new radiator too as it was leaking.

with all the above AND the radiator it was still under £500 inc v.a.t. etc.

£600, should of gone to specsavers
