Default Ditching Pipex BB.

Crap customer service and no-one works evening on the weekend!

ADSL!

Who next?

Have Sky TV but will have to have a BT Line Rental charge added!

Or back to BT just for BB and phone/hub etc.

I was with pipex, was brilliant 3 years ago, but just went downhill since then into the shocking broardband supplier we have before us today. I went to Falcon Net, Bit pricey but it is spot on service and speed wise

Whatever you do, don't go to Tiscali. They're HORRENDOUS!

They have out of hours customer service but once Ranjeet has reached the end of the sheet thats in front of him, he cuts you off. They still use India call centres....

I'm with a compnay called Eclipse. And they have been really good for the past 4 years but they've just been bought out so we'll just wait and see what occurs there..

I thought eclipse were bought out last year, i put my brother on them just as they were and performance rapidly dropped, im guessing they've improved after losing a few people.

Nildram.
Still a company with good speed, reliability and great customer service if you need it. Pipex have a share in them but don't let that put you off, they work as if pipex has no input.

I spose it was about a year ago now. How time flies!!

They had a couple of problems but they haven't been down for a while.
I think the contention has gone up but hard to tell.
I dare say that I'm the heaviset user around here anyway.

I'm ditching Pipex too soon. They've let me down a three times now and lied to me each time over the phone.

Yes but you can have their free weekend and evenings telephone package and free broadband upto 2gb service (most people don't get much more than this speed in reality)

I live in a new development and understand that the lines and cabling are top notch. I may just go the Sky route and get the See, Talk, Surf (cheap option £5 PM).
