I made up my mind because of the circumstances involved, not hearsay.

It was a shame you hadn't been more open and less reluctant to offer facts about the item you were selling.
As I said in my PM, all this could have been avoided if only you had answered the questions put to you.

I had other PM's from people who had bought from you and were not too happy. I took all those with a pinch of salt and at face value, as there is always two sides to a story.

I would have liked to have completed our deal as the Apexi FC for that model scoob is quite rare, but when I asked basic questions and you were reluctant to answer them, then I had no choice but to withdraw. It has left just as bad a taste in my mouth as I am sure you are feeling right now.

I bought an apexi power fc from you (for a 97/98 car) with commander. Unfortuanately you were unable to get it so me due to being away and so you sent me a refund through paypal.

If you still have it and are in a position to ship it i may still be interested.

i bought some sti lights from you,and after alot of messing about you then told me that they were your friends that you were selling for him,and after them not coming for ages you then told me that your friend didnt have them and they were coming from japan,and not coming from you or your friend i had to phone you directily and nearly come to solihul if i remember rightly.your a true time waster and your lucky the lights ended up coming about 2 weeks later

I sum it up as I see it, nothing more, nothing less.
I wanted the Apexi FC, you messed around being cagey. I did some digging and found a few other people who had not been enamoured with your selling techniques...fact

But still I carried on our dialogue in the hope that it was just a few unlucky transactions and it was no-ones fault. You still were not upfront with me and after I asked a few pertinent questions (which any buyer shelling out nearly £400 would sensibly do) you backed off and withdrew the item for sale.

Even when I had a few PM's from people warning me off, I tried to be objective and see both sides.

But you never gave me any reason to fully think this was going to be anything but grief, so hence I was quite happy that the item was withdrawn and made the comments I did.
