reasonable volume back box
ive got a 4.5'' back box on my classic which came on the car its very very loud sounds great but the neighbours arnt to impressed i brought a bung which made it slightly quieter but its still louder than my mates back box & hes also got a decat middle section is there any other backboxes that sound nice same sort of size & not overloud till you give it throttle? thanks

Scooby Sport, smaller tail too so it will look like you have made an effort

Ultimately, the standard STI backbox will be quiet. Too quiet for some.
I run the Prodrive P1 BB on mine and feel that it's too loud at parking, trundling speeds.
The WR BBs or PPP BBs will vary depending on the year, somewhere between the STI BB and the P1 BB. - IMO.

I've just swopped my prodrive backbox for a cobra as at the recent subaru meets I was suffering from "scooby burble inadaquacy" .....it's a medical term.
Seriously// I think the prodrive was great if you are looking for a "subtle" scooby sound that is still recognisable but fairly quiet..... my new one ... IS NOT.

Prodrive or Racebox are quiet.
If its just the baclbox alone then an Afterburner Vortex would be my choice, start with centre sections and decats and it gets pretty damn loud.
