Question Another Best oil to use question? I know...

Sorry guys, after lots of searching on here, i'm still not entirely sure which engine oil to go with for my 93 wrx.

It is almost standard, apart from an Apexi induction kit, 3" cat back exhaust, soon to put on 3" decat pipe as well as well as a Sard r2d2 bov.

If I could have anyones opinion it would be good as I have genuinely done a lot of searching but am none the wiser as there seem to be so many variations for peoples different set ups with there cars.

Many thanks

Is the Subaru manual a nubie? Seems to be the best place to find which oil to use.

Nothing in the glovebox?

In that case the Oil Subaru recommend is 10W-40 ..... I would therefore recommend what Subaru do.

I use Silkolene Pro S 10w50

Any quality oil such as Silkolene or Motul for example will be fine,10w40 or 10w50 is what i'd suggest. 15w50 won't offer as much protection from cold as a 10w and something like 15w60 is abit heavy imho.
