To cut a long story short
Side light bulb blew on my car, Too busy to fix so far, chap at work took my car out to do some errands, collected my boot liner from the Dealership. Dealers noticed that a side light had blown (sharp a a razor or what!) changed it there and then FOC.
Nice one Westaway!

When I had some warranty work done my car was returned valeted inside and out. They also gave me a Legacy to use.
They offered to pick it up and drop off as well but I wasn't trusting enough for the distance I live from the garage.

PS received a desk diary at Xmas as well, greeted by name when I enter the show room, rose petals on the floor, bunch of flowers for the misses etc

I have a friend who when the front headlight bulb blew on his Nissan had to take it to the garage to get it changed.
Also amazes me the amount of people who would rather wait for the AA to turn up than change a flat tyre themselves.
