Default Anyone been to court? without due care..

long story but i know i wasnt and they cant prove i was,... only thing they have is 1 tyre below legal limit, even tho they say 3 the insurance man who checked my car over after my crash says 1, and have paid out..

Just need to know what happends when i get there etc...

get a proper brief or your gonna get screw over by a judge who aint lived in the real world since the 70's

^^likelihood is he will appear before a magistrate panel.

Also, CPS must have some confidence in a prosecution otherwise they wouldn't bother with the hassle.

As mentioned, get some legal advice. They'll probably advise you on what could happen, over the phone, gratis.

Mate of mine was done last week for without due car and attention and got a 15 month ban

yes but theres one who always speaks, i know how the court system works,, been there a few times before in my past

There was a little more to it If anyone lives in the Knaresborough/Harrogate area, this particular chap was the person guilty for sticking his car in the bridge by Mother Shiptons Cave - he also left the scene of the accident

Going to the magistrates can be something like a game of poker. Generally the cps wont have all the proper evidence disclosed. So you need to get a good traffic solicitor and call their bluff.

Knowing the rules of the game really helps.
