Hey,
What's the problem. The splitter and spoiler will increase downforce. Imagine the conversation with your insurance company.
Option 1
Insurance "Have you fitted any non standard parts"
You "Yes, a large rear spolier"
Insurance "That'll be an extra million quid please"
(not an )Option 2
Insurance "Are you a flabby git?".......

(Flame suit on, preparing to be muppetised...)
I've just seen the Fast Car, Scooby dyno session article. Now to me, it seems that the vast majority of the owners pictured there are benefiting from too much "good living"...
Not to mention the picture of a certain person (no names, no pack drill) stuffing his mush with a mars bar!
Do we eat all the pies?!??

I understand that Pr*drive have now copyrighted "Double-Chin" and "Lardy-****" and that they will be charging several thousand pounds each for these mods.
Fitting to be arranged at nearest McDonalds outlet...

You mean the "Double Chin front splitter" and the "Lardy rear end spoiler".
Of course you have to upgrade your suspension, to cope with the increased (interior) load! It's only needed for the drivers side though!
Then, there's the extra long seat belt you need to get round your gut!
New prodrive interior with the extra wide Recaros for those with a bigger bottom!!
Gear lever extention, to increase the length of the gear stick, so you can see it over the fat bits!!!
The move is now away from lightweight alloy wheels, as they are starting a trend for oval alloys on Subarus. Cast iron alloys are the new thing for 2001!!!
I'm currently saving up for all these mods!!!

Dave,
That's because he stuffed the Mars bar in all at once and is having to wait for it to melt before he can start chewing, so that he can swallow it....
What I want to know is if the rumours are true about where the Mars bar went before he ate it...
LOL

Fast Bloke,
If I got a discount for being overweight (obviously the car will go slower!!) I'd be most happy!!!

I wonder if that's why the new MY01 "WRX" is bigger all round and HAD to be made 250% stiffer.
That and the extra cup-holders and optional charge-cooler complete with beer cooler compartment?
And those new headlights? Originally the car looked like a standard Scoob, but once they used a Sumo westler for test purposes the car developed a rather wide-eyed startled expression!

Is the "slightly higher than average" weight of the scooby driver down to most of them being involved in computers in some way ?
Cheers
Andy
(well over the 20 and very undertall for his height)

exercise? wots that then? someting to do with using the remote to unlock the car to save using one's wrist
OK, I might not be fat, I'm certainly on the teddy bear side, ie; 'cuddly', or so I'm told. Well, most of the time I'm told I'm a fat lazy sod! so I am keeping the side up.
Must confess that I am considering taking up swimming again though! did lose some porkieness when I did it for a few months last year.
Nothing wrong with having a belly, unles you happen to be in a trainer advert.
BELLY'S GONNA GET YOU!
hey! that would make a perfect reg number plate tag! hehe

You people are giants!! Im only 5"7 and about 10/11 stone.
Thats why I dont need all the torque, not much to move around.
You Scooby guys really do eat all the pies (you fat b@stard, you fat b@stard), Im a lean, mean Honda machine.
PS: Im in the laziest IT position possible, IT Manager, I think its just a matter of time, 5"7 and 18 Stone comming up!!

I don't know what you mean!! I've been at work since 8.30am and I'm logging off now!!
Scoobynet has been signed in all that time, and I think I'm beat a personal record today for my number of posts! Obviously I needed to go to the pub for lunch for an hour!!!
So I don't know where you get the idea that IT people are lazy. My fingers hurt from too much typing and my brain hurts looking for funny comments!!! - Yeah I know most of them aren't funny!!!
Andy
PS - Do I win???
