Default When did Imprezas start having ISOFIX in the back?

Simple question: when did Subaru start fitting ISOFIX points in the back seats of Imprezas, particularly wagons if that makes any difference. Cheers!

Sorry, probably not much help but my early registered 03 (first of the blobs) had 'em.

That's perfect. I'm looking at 03 blobs right now, but need it to be a 'family' car as well so Isofix is a must. Is yours a WRX model, an STi, something else?

From Blob onwards (in STI's, so presumably WRX's as well).

Blob wrx's do have isofix but I've only used non isofix types of kiddy seat as we swap them between cars.

Lol, I find it easier when swapping an ISOFIX seat from car to car..

The seats we use are capable of both methods of fitting (it's quite possible they all are BTW), which makes it handy if you need to fit it to an older car.

SR, are you not going ahead with the engine build now, or is that part of a bigger plan..?

How do the Isofix seats work? I've only noticed an attachment at the top of the seat
Do the seats cost much more to buy?

LOL well spotted Sherlock. Buying a newer wagon was just one option of many. It's on the back burner again now. Still deciding between 2.0 or 2.5 rebuild though, which is giving me enough of a headache.

there are two attachments that attach the babyseat to the fixings on the rear seats so you have 3 restraints top tether seatbelt and isofix

Top tether depends on the seat, as not all seats need one..

My 01 (Y) Bugeye WRX Wagon had them. As stated it's much easier for removal. I got the Jane Indy Plus off flea bay for £109 brand new.
