Hi

Have just had to re-register a new username with sn to log in as i had a clearout of cookies/temp files/histories etc. on the computer and of course it took my sn password with it! I followed the instruction for lost username/password and received the first email with the link to the page where the password is reset and sent to you and clicked on it and filled out the email address field but have never received the email with the new password in it!!
I have tried it several times but to no avail. Can anyone help or am i consigned to being a newbie!

Try doing a 'system restore' on your computer. This is done by going to control panel, then you are able to rewind the computers memeory to a date of your choice. I have had to do this once before.
