I went down this route myself, was lucky enough to source a scoop and undertray at the same time. A tip though - you'll also need to source the rubber housing (attached to the undertray) that actually fits up to the intercooler itself, as the standard WRX item is not big enough.

In the end I had to order this direct from a Subaru dealership, and had loads of trouble explaining to them on the phone exactly which part I needed - the official subaru term for the part is the rubber 'bellows'. Hope this helps. Never made much sense to me I must say since I thought a bellows was used for pumping air into a fire ..... ? ;0)

I fitted the STi 7 undertray with my STi 8 scoop, the shape of the undertray means that half of the air just hits the back of the scoop !

It got quite frightening watching the bonnet start to lift at high speed ! I think it would be fine with the lower STi 7 scoop but counter productive with taller ones.

I just removed the undertray completely and found that it seems to work better for me (I have one of the ebay bigger intercoolers so it virtually fills the hole in the bonnet)

I have the STi 7 undertray for sale if you were interested ? PM me for a price.

You are not wrong.

Light weight (850 grams all in) quality good looking & efficient. What more could you want?

I have a STi intercooler & a carbon STi scoop fitted to a MY03 WRX & had thought of just getting an old STi undertray from a scrap yard. Then saw these & it was no contest.

Haddocks invoice says :-
90817FE040 Duct-Bellows Front B
90826FA000 Clip-Bonnet Centre S (I needed 17 clips )
