New STi - where is it then?
Was told that I would be able to take out a new STi in mid-Feb 2008.
Heard nothing - any about with dealers yet?

Pete,
My dealer rang me today to tell me that he now has one available for test drive. Might be worth giving your local dealer a call..?

Ha Ha Ha ..... I'm within 200 yards of the dealer on Sunday, I'll pop in.
I loved the WRX ... if the STi is soft then I may well be interested

I was at Cheam Motors on Thursday and they have a few STI's down there.
Must say i was very impressed. Wasn't keen on the car after seeing the pictures, but is certainly a lot better looking in the flesh.
Although i still hate the rear lights, they need to be changed!

No DEMO yet ..... I may well be smitten once it's driven - but chucking my Classic in and shelling out £21,000 as well is not at the moment getting my juices running.
The moment I drive it off the forecourt, the whole price of my MY00 Classic Wagon evaporates off the residual ........... it's really madness, this new car buying (only done it once and not sure I think it was smart or clever - but keeping the car for 8 years lessens the blow).

I always let someone else drive it off the forecourt. My last car was £12,300 new, I paid £9,400 with 2k miles and pristine with 2 1/2 years warranty still on it. Sold it 8k miles and 8 months later for £9k Not a Scoob, obviously

I have owned a MX5 for 5 years - it is 13 years old now - it is also worth more, or at the very least the same, as I paid for it.
A Subaru Impreza has long since lost the gravity defying residual trick it was able to pull through the 90's ..........
So, it's got to be the right car, with the right kit, to sell ........
