Default After a bigger turbo, this looks to good to be true

Im after a new turbo for my 05 wrx, td05 would be nice. Saw the link below, looks to good to be true?? i thought td05 turbos cost £500 plus?

any advice would be great...!

I think you'd be better getting one of those 99p ebay items that increase your power by up to 30bhp

Seriously though, if it's too cheap then you've already answered the question, it will be crap. Stick those who we know supply turbos, Andy Forrest, Mark at Lateral, Scoobyclinic, TSL, API, Powerstation etc

Lots of copies around; some look good, but simply don't perform as well as the original.

I'd suggest you get one off someone like AndyF

i bought a hks bov on ebay it came boxed up lovely i thought opened it up and was a copy of hks bov not the best bit though it was made of plastic wicked

Had one the same from ebay from a uk seller tho. Not a direct bolt on and it didn't look genuine.
Brand new paid £300 + p&p of £20
Got a refund less p&p so all in all lost £40

That turbo won't fit your car ! Look at the gaskets they are totally the wrong shaper as is the housing !

As above That maybe for a mitsi, Its certainly not a pic of a direct bolt on subaru unit
