Hi, newbie.
Hi there.
I'm Dave. 20 year old Biomedical Science Student at Southampton University. I've been on the look out for an impreza for about a week now. All the ones I fancy seem to sell just before I get a chance to look at them! Either way I will hopefully be in a modded one soon. It doesnt help that I'm picky.
A quick run down of my short driving career. Started with an '89 Golf gti 16v 3 door, was an absoloute hoot but grew out of it pretty quick. I then found out I could get insure on a 280bhp car, in the shape of a Volvo 850 T5! I got a saloon one with some mods and a not very good remap so who knows about the 280! Did go ok tho. Sold that and got a 205 gti 1.6, that lasted all of 3 weeks, couldnt stand it! Then got another volvo!! This time a green estate, ~310bhp and 470nm
. Not that great being FWD tho. Had suspension work, remap and some other little tinkerings. Police undercover lights hidden away, tv and dvd all that jazz. Sold that. THen got my car thats on ebay at the moment. A BMW 328i sport. Spent thousands on it, new engine, lots and lots of work. Then a tree decided to insert itself into the back

Got myself a run around last week, a Volvo 440 1.6 si! Not sure if I can cope with the power yet! Was only £150 and it pretty good nick tho! Going to keep that and run the scooby at the same time. Keeps mileage off it and with petrol these days!!!
Anyway the important bit, hopefully in the next week or 2 I will have a scooby to parade on the forum as I'll be mighty chuffed. Just a cas of waiting for the right one.
