Default confused? advice needed

just been reading a thread (sorry im new to all this) and it was on aboat remaps after uprateing things. basicaly i have a question. do i need a remap after fitting a k and n induction kit, and a rear box? induction kit has been on for a year now, and looking at zorst's at the momment. surely i dont need a remap for these small mods?

rear box i don't think you need to but as far as im aware you should for a caik, was it already on or have you put it on yourself

put it on a year ago when i got the car! sounds good, and i think its improved the power very slightly, hard to say. a little worrid because i do drive it quite hard

More air requires more fuel. Not enough fuel causes det, det causes your engine to let go.

Induction kits are not recommended for Imprezas.

Edited - Some induction kits are not recommended.

so u would reccomend i take it off??? realy confused now! and theres me thinking it would be a good starting point.???????

pm jolly green monster i'm sure he'll be happy to help, this sort of thing is above me mate but i would advise finding out asap it could be causing unseen problems
