got me 400bhp engine and all me bits this weekend cant wait to get it on the rd now

 

 

Did you manage to find out what turbo is going to be producing this "400BHP"

 

 

nah i didnt but the turbo is massive on it
as soon as its in gonna take it to a rollin rd

 

just fit it and run??????

What spec is the engine and what bits have you got to give you the 400bhp ?

I was going for 400bhp but it's not going to happen on my spec now.

Should be around 380bhp now though and it's a rocket

 

Have you got all the supporting Mods to go with this "400bhp" Block?

 

i brought the engine from a mate what has a dyno showin 400bhp i couldnt tell u all whats been done but i will get a list and post it

I'm only asking 'cos so many people sell engines etc claiming they will give you xxxbhp when they quite clearly can't.

Get your spec up so we can see what you've got

but i must say, put up as full spec of the engine on here

there are many people who will be able to point you in the right direction as it is a common issue that you may of missed things off the list that would not get you to your end target.

i hope the engine has had all the internals uprated ie pistons, rods, bearings, capable of your 400 target, as well as supporting mods, fmic, bigger injectors (550's i think), (cold air) induction kit, full decat exhaust (3'' been told would be best), spark plugs, maybe uprated headers,

more important then all of the rest

BIGGER BRAKES, a must as standard setup is poor and would not be good for your target, and sort out atleast the clutch but if not the box itself to take and last with that power

internals have been uprated,pistons,rodsand bearings
has got bigger injectors yellow ones i think
has got a hks induction kit,has got a massive full decat exhaust,has uprated spark plugs and has got uprated headers.

got uprated breaks massive ones thats why i have brought 18" wheels
got a uprated gear box and clucth

 

You will need bigger injectors than yellows(if that's what you have)they are 440cc,you will need at least 550cc or bigger to get 400bhp.

Have you got a front mounted intercooler or a top mount ?

What turbo are you running ?

 

it has a front mount intercooler
i am not sure what turbo it is

 

Well if you are hoping to get around 400bhp you need to know what injectors you have and also what turbo you have

 

i have been told its 400bhp thats all i can tell ya
if it isnt 400bhp it isnt not a big deal to me

 

yeah but add the turbo an dinjectors then you will have your 400 bhp
