Is there a link or someone know who is confirmed and where?

Also, a WRC list would be nice too. Who's filling Big G's boots?

autosport.com - F1 News: Renault confirm Alonso, Piquet for 2008

Good! Glad he's gone there, I dont think he will be in contention for the championship though.
Especially as Renault cant copy Mclaren and Mclaren cant copy Ferrari. So Renault will have to design a car themselves!

Who will partner Lewis? Kovelinen?

And i think Latvala will partner Hirvonen at Ford WRC next year!

So - a cheating git in a cheating team.. sounds like a good pairing to me. As Renault will effectively have a McLaren designed car next season, he should get on great.

Don't know why Alonso left in the first place. But there's going to be problems if Piquet Jr. starts beating him...whinge, whinge, moan, moan...

Had it written in He's No1 too and had Kovalinen kicked out because he could have given him a run for his money. What a sad git if he's that scared of competition. Hope Piquet hands his **** to him the over eyebrowed baby!

Well not only will he have to keep an eye on his team-mate, he will also have lewis, partnered maybe by Kovi (although don't take that as read just yet ), not to mention the Williams young guns, the red cars, and the red bull's are looking real strong now it looks like Adrian has got the chassis right.

The Renault was real good when he won it it; I'll wait and see how good the 2008 car is, but the competition is fierce.

Its going to be a real interesting season....

Heard at Rally Ireland of a shared seat at Ford between Latvala and Wilson??? As for Alonso I`m a fan so all the best to him, we`ll see how good Maclaren are next year as they run hot cold from year to year.

Given that The Boy can take a tinpot saloon and sing to himself whilst he chucks it around the TG track - and a wet and oily one at that - to get within 0.3 seconds of THE STIG who knows the track like the helmet on his kn*b and did his time in the dry . . . RESPECT

Yep - The Boy CAN drive!

Who's this Lavatory bloke? Does he have his own seat? Who yanks his chain? What's he like in an S bend? If he wins, will he be flushed with success? Does he have a good looking cistern? No, I don't want to see his ball valve! What floats his boat? Will he have the same problems as Lewis in the bathroom? With no traction control this year, will he bog down at the start? Will he think his car is crap?

I heard a rumour that the spanish one offered a grand to each of his pit crew to take Hamilton round the back of the pits and beat the living daylights out of him

His pit crew were gobsmacked and refused point blank

on the basis that alonso was a tight fisted tw@t and should have offered more

I love it how everyone has forgotten that TG do have a new and slightly faster 'reasonably priced car' since webber, hill, mansell and button did their lap times.
Look at how the fastest celeb time has gone from high 1.47's to low 1.46's since having the new car.
Hamiltons good, but I think we get too excited and expect too much from the lad.

He used the same car they did - they've kept the Liana just for the F1 drivers
