Certainly more than they'd be offerred on p/x.
My wrb wrx '03 had 42k, mint bar one scratch, genuine prodrive flaps, full dealer history and I was offered £7.5k at several dealers against varying cars from £21k up to £35k. That was back in March too. The one you link to does look very clean though. Still a bargain for a bloody good car in my book.
