Default Help, think my clutch is going.

I live in the herts area, and wondered in anyone knew how much it would cost to replace the clutch on my Impreza WRX Import and where.
My neighbour gave me a rough quote of £500.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Could it be my BOV doing this. I've only had it on the car about 3 weeks?

Scotty.

Have to accelerate slowly as engine rev's otherwise. Also heard a clonking noise from underneath. No burning smell though.

Shopping around etc

Around £150-250 for Clutch kit , £120-250 for fitting, if Flywheel needs skimming flywheel (nearly always do) £25-100. new Flywheel £200-£300

Subaru Dealer £800 to £1200 with flywheel

IIRC

Tony

My mate, did my classic £80 cash to fit it (he owed me one) £160 clutch off Ebay

Cheers all for the info, but have now found out that it looks like the drive shafty bit to the o/s rear wheel, has popped out the rear diff, if that makes sense.
The clonking sound i heard should confirm that, i hope.
Any solutions on how to solve this?

Scotty.
