Ive been looking at them on auto trader for the last month in the north-west region. they range from 7k to 10k depending on the mileage. 70k is on the high side for that age. so id say 7.5k.

Are prices really so low? 6.5-7.5k is Mondeo money surely?

Yep, they are low

Its pretty easy to find a 2003 blobeye for £8000 in good condition with around 30k miles, 70k miles would scare me so I would say £6.5 to £7k at a max but still people would be put off by the miles...

Thanks. The mileage is pretty high but female owner so not had a hard life!! Its the facelift model if that helps - no so keen on bugeyes!!
Thought i would get a bit more for it?? Oh well. I only got it last year for 9500!! Had to go to Nottingham for it cos prices were a lot cheaper than Scotland.
