Default Speedo readings

Can some-one please confirm this for me.
When im in 5th gear, doing 70mph. My revs are sitting at 3500rpm.
Does this sound correct.

Cheers Slippy.

Depends on the gearing in your car surely. Fifth gear in mine at 70mph is around 3000rpm, maybe 3200 depending on conditions etc.
