p0301 and p0303 ....anything to worry?

p0301 and p0303 ....anything to worry?
help,
yesterday i put my foot down to join back on the motorway after a fill up (my ususal vpower). 1st,2nd,3rd then engine light came just after a green light showed on my knocklink. When i got home and plugged in cel reader and found, p0301 and p0303 (1 and 3 cylinder misfired detected)
Not happed for over a yr, any thing i need to worry? the car seems normal.
