As I'm asuming we are talking car vandals, the glass from the windows they smash should be inserted into there **** orrifice which should then be glued up, and then they get made to walk 100 miles for a Car Crime Sux Charity where at the end of it awaits some or all of there previous victims asuming the internal bleeding did not get them first
