Get some self adhesive EBC anti squeal shim available from RocSpeed (Ford Probe specialists) £3.99 for 4 sheets. Cut and apply to back of pads where piston contacts. I had Pagid Blues squealing like a torured pig in my rear Brembos until I fitted this stuff, now they squeak slightly.

When i had my STI7 the dealer replaced the disks and pads under warrenty to try and stop this and it didn't have any effect, the best bit been that the car had done 15,000 miles so saved me a fortune in new pads.
