and your point is ?? ......................

spend extra £500 to bring up to UK spec and live with Motorpoint's small print

OR

spend extra £3000 to buy UK spec car from UK dealer

it's a no brainer for me at least !!

Hi , what is actually missing from these imported cars.. I did look at a couple but they did not know much about them so went to the dealer instead. The ones i looked at had no alarm or immobiliser or tracker . I did hear that as they were for places such as cyprus they have little/less underbody seal as well . Anyone know actual spec .

missing things on a WRX as advertised by Motorpoint :-

cat 1 alarm (note that immobilser is included)
locking wheel nuts x4
Subaru UK 3yr free breakdown assistance

for an STi - all of the above plus Tracker

alarm, locking wheel nuts and Tracker are not factory fitted - on cars sold thro Subaru UK they are added by Subaru UK before the cars hit the showroom in any event !

the underseal thing is a bit of a myth - my Malta WRX has a thick covering of underseal as standard.

cheers
Tim.

Why is there such a price difference between their stock of new from £13599 to £14999 for the same car as i can see.

If those are the only differences then it's a bargain
