you need to change the turbo and go for a remap , best thing would be to sell off your PPP ecu to subsidise the mods and get a standard one !! you would need bigger injectors say 550cc, for example say a vf35 turbo an uprated fuel pump and a better intercooler say an STI also an sti panel filter or K&N one and once remapped should see you on the thick end of 330bhp !!!

Loads of stuff about this on here, try searching '300bhp' but in essence:
It's unlikely your PPP is producing a genuine 265 (most don't BTW) however to achieve a proper 300-300+ you'll need a bigger turbo and ideally bigger injectors and an uprated fuel pump (green or K&N panel filter too), decat up pipe and centre minimum (ideally full decat or sports cat downpipe) then followed by an Ecutek remap..! Depending on turbo choice you should get anywhere from 320 to 350 bhp with similar torque..
Downsides: not cheap, brakes will need attention and you will loose some low down response (again turbo dependant), although mid-range and upper rev range will be a lot stronger..!
Now if you'd be happy with just under 300 (ie 280 to 290bhp) then a panel filter, decats as before and a remap by a decent mapper would do it. Response would be excellent too..!
Been there and done both, it's a very slippery slope once you start I'm afraid.
Most important thing IMHO is choosing the mapper first then asking them their advice..
