Default Parking next to a Subaru

When you are out and about and you drive into a carpark and you see another scooby on the other side of the carpark with a space next to it, but there is a empty space you see as you drive in - which do you chose? The one next to the scooby or the nearest one?

I park on the complete other side of the car park to everyone and still come out to see someone parked next to me. lol

I would not park next to one though. Dont want people walking past commenting how common they are lol

But why do you leave the bonnet up, taht can't be insurance friendly.
I park next to the scoob for the respectful door opening thing.

I use an old banger for car parks and commuting. Last person who parked next to me sooo close I couldn't get in had his wing mirror "taxed" LOL
