Where can I get a second IR remote for the central locking on my Impreza Turbo from at a reasonable price?

If you mean the IR remote that just opens the central locking on a Euro import, I have a spare one from a former Scooby (sadly deceased ). Don't know if it can be 'retuned' to work on a different car. Come to think of it I have a spare Sigma M30 remote as well (non-subaru ie grey rather than blue.)

Yes it's the IR controller for a Euro import that currently has just the Euro spec immobiliser on it. They can be reprogrammed I believe so if you want to get rid of it, please mail me and let me know what you want for it.

Rob,

I have one 'around somewhere' and I also work at the same site as you I think (seen your posts on the intranet newsgroups). I'll see if I can find it over the Christmas break. BTW which Scoob are you (me -- Silver MY00 4dr with STI-style foglight covers, often seen in the car park by the big dishes or the one behind the Portakabins)?

DBM 5dr, headlight covers and PIAA's on the front. W reg. The car is only on site on Mondays and Tuesdays though. It's a popular car on site now and I wish mine sounded like the red 4dr!

Question

rjc,

Read your Elise site with interest when I was going through a phase of wanting to get one. Are you still planning on getting another one?
