Default Running liquid noise!!!

Been doing it for a bit but as i have the CD on i dont always hear it but when i rev the engine just off idle i can hear what sounds like running liquid just behind the dash!
Thought it maybe the airconditioning fluid in the pipes? Aircon works ok but im a lose as to what it is, any ideas?

I've had this sound on my 2002 wrx and 2006 Spec D.
Seems to be mainly from when car is first started.
Both cars bought from new and had no probs with either, so my advice would be, don't worry about.
Think of it as a water feature!

Default water

had the same problem with my 2002 wrx, ended up being the coolant being low, topped it up and bled the system and been fine since!

If the noise not present with the aircon off then it's the aircon and you may have stone damage in the condensor at the front which has allowed some gas to leak out and air to get sucked in , thats the gurgle noise when first turned on then it goes. If it's still there when aircon off ,as said above bleed cooling system to remove trapped air then should be ok ,but it got there some how , so keep an ear out as may be the start of a leak from the headgaskets or coolant leak.

Cheers Scuba, its not there when air con off and only when you start to rev then it goes. it appeared after my 30k service at Triton. But as temp, oil and when i look again in morning coolant, seemed ok i didnt worry too much. ill bleed system tomorrow and have another listen.
