Default Worth getting?

Hi all,

I'm looking to get a classic scooby as a project, just wondering how does this look for the price?

Subaru : ONE OWNER SCOOBY

How does the high milage affect a scooby? If it's looked after well, will it last me for many years to come?

Thanks

If it's genuine it looks good enough to me.

Seems genuine, just wondering if the milage should be concerning?

Any other views?

I'm debating wether to buy this and mod it loads (have 9k available after I sell my supe) or to buy a more expensive scooby and mod it later on..

I paid £9k for my car which is an MY03 WRX, it only had 20k on the clock.

I personally would get something newer with low miles and save up to mod it later

My last Classic was high mileage (112k) but was immaculate and very well looked after, never had any problems and compared to the one I have now with half the miles was a much better car. Leather interior a lot nicer than the standard too, one of the things I really miss about my old one (nicked).

Having said that if I had 9k I would go for something newer

Hi
Always buy the best car that you can afford. You can buy a later model for that amount of money that has lower mileage. Its up to you though, but best of luck with whatever you purchase.

imo with that sort of miles the money you spend on it will be dead, once it goes over 100k the majority of people wont wanna know when you go to sell it on. keep on searching m8 something else will come up.

Exclamation Be careful

2000 R reg was from 1 Aug 1997 to 31 Jul 1998, and it doesn't look like a personalised registration to me.

UK Turbo Impreza's up to the last classics (2001) had the model name:

Impreza Turbo 2000

They're not referring to the year, that's pretty evident from the registration and the price. After 2001 they became the WRX.
