Default Debadged & Cleaned and de-swirled with pics

Woke up this morning with perfect car cleaning weather. Dry and overcast with no rain forecast... Perfect timing i thought as my new PortaCable polisher arrived just last week ..

What a great piece of equipment that is... It's certaintly given my paintwork a new lease of life and no more swirls that were created through bad cleaning of the previous owner...

Also took the time to de-badge the rear... still not 100% convinced on it though.... comments?

Anyway, here's the pics...

Thanks Robin ,

I searched high and low to find some wheels that would fit over the brembos and are also different to the usual OZ wheels. These are what i ended up with - 19" TSW Warriors

Nope, it's the usual scooby blue.... I think it's a combination of the wax used and also the pic was taken at 8:30 this evening and it was getting dark so maybe this has an impact on the colour in the photo..

As i had quite a few swirls on the paintwork i used a number of different types / grades of polish...

1st off i used Menzerna Intensive Polish which is quite abrasive.

2nd i used Meguiars #80 which is an intermediate abrasive polish...

3rd Meguiars finishing polish (no cutting at all just polish)

4th i used P21s Wax to give some depth and protection...

hope this helps.... Allow a whoile day to do it though, it's bloody hard work....

In a work - Great.. Eibachs have a reputation for the ride comfort / sports balance and they have come out on par with this set. While it is firm it's certaintly no worse than standard and v easy to live with...
