Mines pretty much the same spec as that exept I have ceramic coated Gen II spec headers,Hayward&Scott full exhaust(Heat wrapped)and standard TD05 converted to front entry.
Mines supposed to be 340bhp/320lb/ft but I haven't had it dyno'd myself but will do soon.
Oh,mines a '96 WRX

Judging by what others have achieved with similar mods, close to 400 bhp and over 350lbs torque.

What boost is it mapped to?

Sounds good. You will be surprised at the difference in power afterwards, will be ballistic on boost.

It is very likely that this won't last long at that amount of torque...Best bet would be an AP Organic Clutch....

I have an Exedy Organic clutch, lightened and balanced flywheel and STi 5 Type-r 'box and im told this is well capable of handling this kind of power. Not too sure about 400bhp though, might be abit too much for it

Your box is one of the strongest out of the classics and people have used it for over 450 bhp without a problem. The Exedy is a good clutch also but I would class the AP as being able to handle slightly more power. The Exedy is probably good enough for about 360/360 maybe a bit more, but the AP is known to be good enough for 400ish....

IIRC David at APi will honour warranties on the Exedy uprated organic clutch to 400bhp. Give him a ring and ask him, the exedy is significantly cheaper than the AP and if memory serves some of the experts on here argue that they are basically the same clutch.

I think there may also be a GB on at API for the exedy at the moment, making it a bit of a steal. Get it from here if you're going too!!

Great clutch too; I have one from David.

My old car with a near identical spec made 383bhp/350lb/ft on BP ultimate at1.49bar (1.57+ on the road) all on a std but almost new (11,000mls) STi 4 engine and AP clutch, I then had it remapped for Optimax+NF just to see what the difference was and it was noticeable possibly near a true 400.

So you should get 370/340+ depending on what RR you use.

IMO the furthest I'd go on a 2ltr road car.
