After starting off the above topic above a few days ago, I was incommunicado for a while, so missed all the fun!!

Glad to see you all enjoyed it. They seem to be a nice bunch. Somebody asked why I was hanging around on a Saab bbs. Well actually I'm looking for a winter project car, and fancy an old Saab 2 stroke. That's what led me there, and then the comparison with the Impreza just naturally drew my eye.

Sorry...I'll try not to hang around with the tartan rug and pipe brigade too often!

Never mind the Saab 2-stroke....what about a Wartburg, or a Trabant...

You'll need a gas mask, and a strong nerve - as there's sod all engine braking...

What the hell they will all be the same cars in twenty years now that GM (vauxhall) has there finger up the @rse of both companies.
Doom and gloom! hope not.
