Default Will my old bits fit in my boot?

Hi all - getting PPP on my car Wednesday (woohoo!!) - question - would you retain parts they take off (in case I want to switch them back at a later date - eg. to fit the PPP to a new impreza etc).... and if so, will they fit in the boot of my car?????

Thanks

Aggree - at least if you have all the old bits, you know they've fitted the new bits!
If it's an STi you'll have a spare fuel pump and the rear box is sometimes sellable (In my case for a few cans of Guiness!)

This has got to be the way. I'd much rather be paid in Guinness than sterling !

Only part i kept was the WR Sport back box i had fitted at the time which for the last two weeks has been living in the boot of my car.
Didn't see the point in keeping any other bits.
Nik.

Saw that you'd put the WR Sport up on Ebay, just curious if you would be interested in selling it just now. Yours looks mint, there are others on there which don't look quite as tidy. I had one before on my MY05 (which I had to sell in Jan when the Mrs got pregnant again, doh). I've been looking at an older bug-eye (needs must when your on a budget!) and a decent back box is a must. I liked it before, not too loud and quite rumbley!

All the best, DBB

I kept all my old bits + standard sti springs. I p/x's my 02 STI a month ago and I ended up putting it all back in the boot as they had been sitting around in my garage for 4.5 years..... I wouldnt bother, no-one would buy them anyway.

There may be a market; people will buy anything. Think someone trying to return their well modded car to standard so they can sell it easier etc.

I sold my old pre-ppp exhaust to an ESC guy for £10, he was happy and I had some beer money.
