Default Boot torsion bar

Hey

My boot lid torsion bar has failed, I have a reasonably large spoiler...

Anyone know if there upgraded ones, and where I could get them from?

Are they hard to fit ?

Thanks for you time and any help

You don't give any car details.
To help you we need to know:
Car,
Model,
Year,
Original spoiler,
New spoiler.

Get an sti one from breakers, I'm guessing yours is wrx one & not as strong, as wrx spoiler is lighter than an sti's. Pretty easy to fit as in even i managed it!

As mentioned, you need to get the boot tensioners for an Sti from a breakers as they are thicker and stronger than standard WRX (I got mine for my Hawkeye from Mattybr5 on here).

Then follow these instructions: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?p=8209873
