Bedford Autodrome would probably be the best place to try

Prova Motorsport ( clicky ) organise days at Scullathorpe and Watton . Cheap and cheerfull days ( about £95 for the day ) . Sites are a bit basic but they're well run .

Don't know when the next day is though .

Day at Bedford here but not cheap .

Martin

You could try the airfield by Bassingbourne Barrack in Royston, not sure if it is open to Jo public though.
