Default Blobeye - Yaw Sensors / DCCD

From what i can understand my 2006 Blobeye STi also has a Yaw sensor fitted which if required can be turned off by the switch on the centre console to give me manual control over the centre diff.

My questions are as follows on this:

I believe the EVO has its Yaw Sensors on the Rear Diff, am i correct in thinking the Impreza has the Yaw Sensor on the Centre Diff?

How does it work on the Impreza and what differences does having this on the centre rather than the rear when compared to the EVO?

Also, how fast will the centre diff respond to my changes in power bias when in manual mode?
