Question A Quick Oil Question

I know that there are many oil questions here...and they really irrate people..

I need to change my oil tommorow and need to collect frm possibly Costco or Halfords.

MY03 STI - Pretty much standard apart from a Prodrive Backbox.

If i remember right i need 4.5L?

Thanks

Yup, 4.5 litres or so. Make sure you use a genuine Subaru filter. Try to get a quality branded fully synthetic oil, and I'd recommend a 5W40. If the car is modified or regularly driven hard then a 10W50, and if highly mod'd and tracked then a 15W50 or 60. Millers CFS, Silkolene ProS or Motul 300V.
